| (i) Can you provide the topics available ? | |

| (ii) How do I create a test ? | |
| A test room will be created with either the template based or the standard tests with unique name, expiration date and number of candidates to be assessed. | |
| (iii) What is the difference between template test and standard test ? | |

Template based : Various
subjects can be selected and topics under each subject can be selected
to prepare a questionnaire. Share of each subject and sub-topic in
the questionnaire will be determined by the percentage selected by
you. For example a test called "Test for job id 211" (name will be given by the user) can be created with the questions in VC++, ASP, DCOM and HTML. If VC++ is more important than it may be given 40% and if others are of equal importance then they may be given 20% each. Standard test : Unlike template test the standard test will contain questions from a single topic. |

| (iv) How candidates will be informed ? | |
| E-mail with testid and necessary instructions will be sent to candidates. | |
| (v) How I can see the test result ? | |
| Once candidate completes the test, recruiter will be notified through e-mail. Test results and detailed reports are available in your accounts page according to your user type. | |
| (vi) What do you mean by "Type of users" ? | |
| Corporate users can become one of the three types of users : Basic, Golden and Platinum. | |

| (vii) What types of reports are possible ? | |
| Basic
: Basic users can see score for each test. Maximum score possible for any test is 5.0. Golden : In addition to score sheet, detailed reports are available for golden user. This report contains the description of each question, test attendee attended and result. Platinum : Platinum user will be able to see score sheet, detailed description reports and the questionnaire given to the candidates. Toppers report based on Test room, Template and Topic is available for all the users.Detailed reports can be e-mailed to the managers and clients of staffing companies. |
